Trez Entertainment is based in Benfleet, Essex and is looking to recruit a part-time sales and administrator Mon- Fri. 10 am 2 pm.
Trez Entertainment provides wedding, corporate and party entertainment across Essex, London and surrounding areas and would like a strong sales administrator to assist the small team and director with day-to-day sales enquiries, general admin and accounts within the hire business and product sales business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new projects on the CRM.
- Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date with all current information.
- Follow up sales leads
- To assist the operations team.
- Add new bookings to the booking system and manage.
- Organise invoices and payment from clients
- Follow up with clients after job completion
Skills and Experience
- Excellent administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous sales administration experience (Minimum 2 year)
- Exceptional telephone manor
- Highly organised
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Able to work in a team and assist others when necessary.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
