Trez Entertainment is based in Benfleet, Essex and is looking to recruit a part-time sales and administrator Mon

  • Fri. 10 am 2 pm.


Trez Entertainment provides wedding, corporate and party entertainment across Essex, London and surrounding areas and would like a strong sales administrator to assist the small team and director with day-to-day sales enquiries, general admin and accounts within the hire business and product sales business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create new projects on the CRM.
  • Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date with all current information.
  • Follow up sales leads
  • To assist the operations team.
  • Add new bookings to the booking system and manage.
  • Organise invoices and payment from clients
  • Follow up with clients after job completion

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous sales administration experience (Minimum 2 year)
  • Exceptional telephone manor
  • Highly organised
  • High level of attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Able to work in a team and assist others when necessary.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
