Our client:

A large multi-discipline practice, with offices across the United Kingdom providing a range of services across a number of disciplines.

This particular position is likely to include projects in the following sectors:
Sports. Police, Insurance, Historic and Listed Buildings, Government and Defence.

This consultancy are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong background in a similar company, who will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting the leading and management of a Building Surveying team
  • Assisting and monitoring Graduate Building Surveyors through their APC Pathways
  • Undertaking a key clientfacing business development role
  • Managing Refurbishments including contract administration
  • Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishments of all types of public and private sector Buildings to latest regulations
  • Carrying out Building Surveys including PPM schedules and Condition Surveys
  • Preparing schedules of Dilapidations
  • Handling Insurance claims

Requirements:


  • Building Surveying Degree (RICS Accredited)
  • MRICS Qualified
  • Extensive experience across a number of sectors
