Our client is a leading UK consultancy in the construction, property and engineering fields.

Formed in 1992, they have an enviable reputation for delivering first class service, which has seen the company grow into a multi-million-pound multi-disciplinary practice.

They have numerous national offices including London and Bournemouth. They are seeking a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Central Bournemouth. This will be a client facing role, working in an integrated team across various sectors.

The Senior Building Surveyor Role:

Requirements:

MRICS/MCIOB years PQE
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proven ability to lead project teams effectively
Selfmotivated, organised, and efficient high achiever

Location & Flexibility:

Bournemouth, Dorset
Hybrid working model with a mix of inoffice and remote work

Package:

Salary: £60 to £70K (dependent on experience)
