Description

Job Role and Responsibilties-

  • Assisting in Administrative work (filing, scanning, copying)
  • Familiar with Mobiles, Laptops, printers, faxes, photocopiers
  • Manage and process Vendor Invoices in a timely manner
  • Refilling the printer and ensure the area is neat and tidy
  • Replenishing the Pantry area during the day time.
  • Working closely with Head Operations and Assist as required.
  • Handling Post and Couriers, and giving it torespective department on time
  • Ensure record is maintained for all inward and outward posts received and sent out
  • Monitoring Front Entrance reception area for staff/visitors, and to ensure they are scanned with Thermal Temperature Guns at the time of arrival
  • Liaising with Manager Facilities with facilities matter in the office
  • Liaise with building management with online booking systems for visitors including vendor/ third party contractor etc.
  • Updating/Liaising Monthly with Departments / Retails Branches to update Central Repository List of Vendor Management.
  • Liaise with vendors for services including visits, bookings, issues etc.
  • Welcoming the visitors coming toHygeia house and informing respective staff about the visitors
  • Assist the team as and when required
  • Maintain clean desk policy.
  • Assistance in setting up video and audio conferences, projectors, PCs, and laptops.
  • Ensure tocomplete training on time without reminders.
  • Assisting the team in arranging social events inside the premises.
  • Adhoc general admin duties as on when required
**Visiting periodically to another office, if required.
