Department Overview:
The Premier Accounts Department plays a key part in Crossflight as they manage all of our key accounts' requirements on a daily basis.
The areas dealt with by the Department:
- Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) / proactive tracking
- Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
- Completing daily/monthly reports
- Dealing confidently with all incoming customer calls
- Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times
- Completing customer bookings on our inhouse systems
- Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
- Liaising with agents and managers nationally and internationally, ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments
- Building client relationships with key accounts
- Helping with distribution projects, where necessary
- Confidently quoting clients and obtaining special options/costs where necessary
- Providing key customs information and understanding of export requirements and how to obtain these
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
