We're looking for a Head of Sales, to lead the UK Business Development team, focusing since SMB to Enterprise sales across our verticals.


What will you be doing? \uD83E\uDD13:

  • Map and target UK leads in different verticals (food, grocery, retail and e-commerce)
  • Create, manage and grow a sales pipeline, maximising our net growth in numbers and revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and delivering on established KPIs for all our business lines
  • Build, onboard, manage & coach the UK Sales team
  • Delivering pitches to clients, negotiating & closing deals
  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration and transition of onboarding customers to the Key Account & Operations teams
  • Assure the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce), sales process, and methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare sales reports, metrics, and performance dashboards, highlighting achievements, implemented actions, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate across teams (Product and Operations) to better focus clientfacing efforts, taking initiative to identify issues and finding solutions
  • Build and deliver compelling demonstrations, pitches and sales materials with the support of our Marketing team
  • Create and lead crossteam projects and contribute to the global commercial strategy
  • Represent Stuart at various events such as fairs and conferences

What do we need from you? \uD83D\uDE0E:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience of building, training, managing, growing and developing a fast-moving corporate sales team, with a further experience of success as a Sales individual contributor
  • Proven track record in direct sales within a B2B Enterprise context. SMB is a plus
  • Resultoriented mindset, focused on achieving targets and driving sales performance
  • Datadriven methodology to make informed business decisions
  • Welldeveloped oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
  • Relationshipbuilding and consultative sales skillsExperience in selling into the restaurant / food or retail industry is a plus
