To achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing unit in Liverpool we are looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join one of our exciting campaigns.


Job Description:


  • Build relationships with the customers whilst empathising with the customer enquiry.
  • Providing professional, accomplished communication to a wide range of customers from varying backgrounds.
  • Represent a global brand while communicating on social media platforms.
  • Going the extra mile for the customer and to build on the foundations that Bosch stands for.
  • Ensuring personal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are achieved.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven record of providing internal and external customer service orientation.
  • Proven level of customer service: Ideally within a contact centre environment.
  • Awareness of the impact social media can have on a global brand.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of case and incident process (end to end).
  • Experience of using CRM tools/software.
  • Innovative and solution orientated mindset.
  • Flexibility in hours of work/shift pattern.
