What do we do?

Homeshield Direct is a leading white goods repair specialist and service plan provider, currently one of the fastest-growing companies on the South Coast.

Our telesales department is a hive of energy for high-performing and motivated individuals.

Requirements:

Ideally, you will have telesales experience in white goods or other sectors, however, this isn't essential.

If you are a money-hungry, enthusiastic, fun and friendly team player who can cope in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you

Once joining our exceptional sales team, you will undergo an excellent training programme.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be phoning potential customers via our automated dialling system, offering protection plans for home appliances and all white household goods.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Making outbound telephone sales calls
Meeting productivity targets
Selling the benefits of our Protection Plans
Using your selfmotivated and positive nature in pursuit of continuous improvement
Contributing positively to the team and success of the company
