ADF London is an international specialist fit-out Contractor focused on Luxury construction projects in the Private Residential, Hospitality & Retail sectors.

We are growing rapidly, and we are constantly looking for new talent to join our team.

Our company is part of the Group Ateliers de France.


The Group has been involved in projects as exceptional as the Chateau de Versailles in France, the White House Oval Office in Washington, Matarazzo in Brazil, Hotel Peninsula in Paris & London, the Eiffel Tower and many Private Residences.


Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

  • Expert user of Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
  • Discreet and confidential and able to handle issues with great sensitivity
  • Ability to engage and build effective relationships and
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales

What you'll be doing

Office Management

  • Assisting Project Director and provide administrative support as required
  • Undertaking multi diary management
  • Preparing documents & presentations for meetings
  • Arranging, attending meetings and take minutes
  • Booking national & international travel and accommodation and coordinate itineraries
  • Dealing with enquiries and various tasks (Monthly expenses, Visa Applications, Samples logistic )
  • Assisting the IT Manager with requests and purchases
  • Liaising with the accounting Team to follow up company expenses
  • Liaising with Headquarter in Paris

Project Team Assistant

  • Site logistic support assistance
  • Assisting with completion of Risk Assessments and Method Statements documents
  • Providing support to insure completion of project's monthly reports

About you

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build relationships quickly, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organisation skills: able to prioritise and manage conflicting demands and requirements of various professional staff.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.


  • IT Skills

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a good understanding of Outlook

Languages

  • English
  • French (Preferable)
