We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team at our Store Support Centre in Bracknell. We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Supply & Demand Planner this role will involve looking after the inbound and outbound planning process for a category division across Sally.

To support the Senior Planners in all aspects of administration in a confidential, efficient and professional manner. You will be responsible for providing administrative services in order to ensure effective support for the core team.


Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with suppliers to minimise planned impacts on future supply (holiday's, increased commercial demand, factory shutdown)
• Purchase Orders raised based on the forecast provided by the Senior Demand Planner
• Liaising with flow planning and Distribution Centre to ensure the intake is scheduled correctly
• Chasing the supplier for updates if the stock is late, ensuring all relevant parties are communicated to
• Collect, validate, maintain and store all SKU/Supplier data
• Ensure the Distribution Centre has full visibility of all applicable SKU's and where appropriate necessary guidance provided
• Provide specific data on Hazardous and Commodity Codes for current stock to allow information to be shared with Distribution Centre
• Working with suppliers to resolve inbound problems and escalation of any supplier issues to the necessary stakeholders and actively work with to resolve

About you...

• IT skills with particular emphasis on MS Office packages
• Some experience in a previous planning role would be beneficial
• Good numeracy skills, highly analytical, possessing a strong commercial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence all key stakeholders
• Excellent communicator
• Proactive, selfmotivated and highly organised with good attention to detail
