OVERVIEW
Kindeva is a leading contract device and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that provides complex and unique services to pharmaceutical-based customers.

The company was recently formed from a merger of Kindeva Drug Delivery and Meridian Medical Technologies following private equity carve outs from larger, parent companies.

Kindeva is on an exciting growth journey as a leader and partner of choice in the CDMO business landscape. This journey recognizes the need to make strategic investments and expand our IT team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Windchill administration
  • Coordinate with 3party system provider and internal IT team on upgrades, new configurations and maintaining windchill solutionsrd
  • Coordinate and participate in validation of windchill system changes
  • Manage Windchill licensing
  • Monitor Windchill and all supporting CAD
  • User Community Support
  • Administrate, operate and support all Windchill PLM user issues
  • Troubleshoot and support problem resolution
  • Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system.
  • Perform continuous improvement activities
  • Gather requirements from end users for potential new features/workflows.
  • Work with Third Party system provider to implement, maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Windchill environment.
  • Develop roadmap to continuously improve PLM workflows and efficiency
  • Support Crossbusiness system integrations with other software platforms (Solidworks, AutoCAD, Creo and Unigraphics).
  • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
  • Provide one to one training to end users on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop and provide training programs for existing and new users
  • Manage new releases of Windchill and efficiently roll out new features.
  • Leadership
  • Act as the company SME on Windchill
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Create and maintain required dashboards and reports.
  • Document PLM processes, workflows and work instructions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proficient in English.
  • Due to statutory requirements and US government products Kindeva manufactures, must be a US Person as defined by the US Department of State.
  • Minimum of Associate Degree and 2 years of Windchill (or other PLM) administration experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated handson experience working with modern engineering change management practices
  • Experience with defining, implementing and improving change management workflows for engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Detail oriented and selfstarter with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex problems.
  • Able to work independently on several projects in parallel

UK Salary range:
£35,275 - £46,299


US Salary range:
$74,288-$97,503
