An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Services team as a Contact Centre Operator at our Ilkeston campus.

This role is vital to the College and the students that we support. You will be providing information, advice and guidance on College services and products, and full training will be provided.

If you have experience of working within a college environment and/or in a contact centre then that's great, and if you don't then that's also great As long as you have the key skills and passion to be successful in this role, we will train you to do the rest.
