POST DETAILS:
To work 37.5 hours over 5 days per week. CIPD Qualified level 5
REPORTING TO:
Managing Director

OVERALL, PURPOSE OF POST:
- To provide administrative and clerical support to contribute towards the effective operation of Human Resources and Senior Executives. Including handling the incoming and outgoing post.
- To answer telephone queries which is a shared task amongst the department.
- Overview of Duties & Responsibilities in Human Resources:
- Provide administrative support regarding HR team, word processing, distribution of information, organising and taking minutes at meetings for Managers.
- Photocopying and scanning various HR documentation.
- Work closely with the External support.
- Transcribing minutes.
- Responsible for preparing and amending confidential information concerning employees filing and data system.
- Preparing and filing all confidential HR paperwork.
- Maintaining the holiday records and sickness records for the group.
Overview of Duties & Responsibilities for Senior Executives
- Carrying out specific projects and research when required.
- Working closely with and for other members of the senior management team as required.

The post-holder may be required to undertake different duties as necessitated by the overall business objectives of the group and the post-holders changing role within the organisation.
Pay:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD level 5 (preferred)
