£40,000 basic + commission (£50,000 - uncapped)


Are you an experienced Sales Executive/Account Manager within the IT Industry?

Daily Duties
Working closely with the Business Development Manager to develop new opportunities and grow the business

Striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Engage with prospects in the market segment, understanding their use cases and challenges, and considering market nuances when introducing the value my clients products/services can add

Proactively follow up inbound and warm enquiries generated through marketing channels

Nurture and qualify prospects until they meet a pre-defined level of interest

Respond to enquiries quickly and manage an effective contact strategy

Introduce prospects to BDMs and hand over qualified leads (SQLs) for sales progression, ensuring seamless transition to the BDM(s).


Continuously collaborate with the wider sales & marketing team to support the development of value propositions, bridging the gap between customer and delivery, ensuring that the delivery team have the information required for timely deliveries.

Contribute and collaborate on ideas, opportunities and blockers as part of your immediate team and the wider group on topics such as passing leads, sharing information on market and pricing trends to dominate market share

Provide ongoing constructive feedback to colleagues at all levels contributing to continual improvement and growth

Support colleagues as needed through active listening and asking relevant questions

Working proactively with your team to exceed team
