This is an exciting opportunity at an Engineering Consultancy Group supporting the Office Management team with facilities management.
The role:
In this role, you will be the
first point of contact for all Birmingham Facilities related queries from staff. You will need to
ensure efficient day-to-day running of the office.
You will need to support any
office moves, monitor the
office supplies, manage the
post and inbound telephone calls, as well as
ensuring safety is maintained on all sites.
- Has demonstrable administration experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- A good understanding of facilities management
