Retail Designer - 3DS Max - Lutterworth / WFH - up to £40K

Due to increased custom, a growing Retail Design Agency are expanding their Design Team and are looking for a Retail Designer to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a really exciting time to be joining the business, they have plenty of new projects in the pipeline and work with some really cool brands such as Eurobike, Fuji-Film, Instax, Boots, Cassio, Next, Shark and many more

The position will be based in Lutterworth, with flexible working hours and 2 days a week WFH.

Experience working in the Retail Sector, either with Interiors, Full Shop Floors, Pop-ups, Point of Sale (POS), Point of Purchase (POP), Product Displays or Exhibitions.

Experience working with 3DS Max or Cinema4D
Confident with Adobe Suite Packages such as InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator
Adobe After Effects is beneficial but not essential.

The role:

Producing Creative Designs which tell a story, improves the customer journey and increases product sales.
Working with clients to understand their requirements, showcasing your ideas.
Collaborating with the wider Design team to complete projects in a timely manner.
Designing engaging consumer displays, exhibitions, full interiors and pop-up stores.
Contributing in team meetings, sharing innovations and ideas - be as creative as you want

Understanding Market Research and adhering to Brand / Retail Guidelines to provide the most relevant ideas for portfolios and projects.

Communicating with the Product Design team to ensure that project requirements can be met.

Lutterworth / WFH. Office location commutable from Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Daventry, Coventry, Rugby, Market Harborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Coalville, Loughborough, Royal Leamington Spa
