We are a large property company based in Luton providing housing to local authorities across west midlands.

Due to our continued expansion we have an immediate opportunity for a property maintenance officer to cover the west midlands and surrounding areas on a permanent basis.

Working in our maintenance department, and alongside our property managers, you will ideally have 1 years relevant experience in a similar role or experience in an appropriate skill (e.g. Plumbing or Carpentry).

You will be responsible for all general maintenance and upkeep duties to ensure a safe environment for our tenants. This will include various responsive repairs and odd jobs.

Some of the various jobs:

Painting
Decorating
Basic plumbing repairs such as unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing taps & valves, dealing with leaks
Basic electrical repairs
Investigate boiler issues
Fitting window restrictions
Light pest control treatments
Light cleaning duties
Small property clearance
General void property works

This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for someone who is efficient, reliable, flexible and able to work to deadlines.

Company van will be provided.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Own tools preferred but not essential.

Salary:
£25,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year
