Seven Social Care is looking for a Head of Adult Social Care Operations in Staffordshire

The role:

This temporary leadership post will provide professional leadership and strategic operational support to our Assistant Director for Adult Social Care & Safeguarding.

This role will provide strategic leadership to the services as well as ensuring the overall performance; this will involve providing supervision and line management to 4-6 operational service leads.

The role will work across adult social care services withinStaffordshire County Council (SCC) and Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT).

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership and management oversight of adult social care teams covering:
Adults with Learning Disabilities

Older People

Adults with physical disabilities

Adults with sensory needs

Adults with mental health needs

Leading quality and performance improvement within the service

Promoting and ensuring the quality of strength based practice and service delivery as a whole, ensuring that there is continuous improvement

Managing and prioritising resource capacity and competing operational demands to ensure safe and quality services across the teams
