What you will do
OVERVIEW
Our largest and busiest dealership is looking for an experienced HGV Parts Supervisor, this is paying a competitive salary for the right person.
Provide an excellent service supplying parts to customers both over the counter and by telephone, as well as issuing the correct parts orders for Technicians who are carrying out repair and maintenance to vehicles in the workshop
IN PARTICULAR:
- Liaise with other workshop supervisors daily to overview business requirements daily.
- Ensure other members of the parts team are performing to the desired level.
- To supervise in an approachable and 'lead by example' approach
- To mentor, supervise and work with the Parts team to achieve maximum competency at all levels.
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organisation as well as external customers.
- Regular inventory stock counts.
- Produce parts quotations for internal/external customers.
- Ensuring procedures are properly carried out for the ordering and receipt of goods.
- Feedback all information about competitors to Depot Manager.
- Proactively selling parts and promotions to customers.

- HGV Dealership Parts experience desirable
- To have a flexible approach to work commitments at all times.
- To be dedicated to helping customers.
- To be at all times supportive of colleagues particularly within the Dealer
