Position:
Team Leader


The Team Leader will be trained in all operaional roles within the company and will part of the managment team within the club with the ability when fully trained to act up and fill in supervisory duties when required.

Ultimately, the leader helps provide high-quality customer service and smooth running of day to day operations, supports the company's business objectives, and represent the company in all aspects of business dealings with customers.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Deliver customer service in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers to assist them with any questions or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and general operation.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met throughout the day.
  • Attend to daily operational needs and resolve any issues that may arise during that time.
  • Be trained to perform all operational duties relating to the daily bingo operations.
  • Support supervision of 4050 employees.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 4 x GCSEs (ac including English and Maths or equivalent)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£8.49-£11.52 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
