Ongoing work, jobs covering the whole of the North East.
You will be required to travel to the following locations at a minimum:

Middlesborough, Sunderland and Durham

As a Joiner, you will play a crucial role in social housing projects, contributing to the 2nd fix stage of construction.

Your expertise in joinery will be vital in providing finishing touches to residential properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for occupants.

This position offers competitive hourly pay and a chance to be part of meaningful projects that positively impact local communities.

Joinery Experience: Proven experience as a Joiner with a focus on 2nd fix tasks, preferably in social housing projects or similar residential settings.
CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is a mandatory requirement to work on construction sites.
Asbestos Awareness and Face Fit (Desirable): Prior knowledge of asbestos awareness and face fit certification is desirable but not mandatory. Willingness to undergo training is appreciated.
Skillset: Proficiency in using joinery tools and equipment to carry out tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure a highquality finish in all joinery work.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Physical Abilities: Capable of carrying out physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and operating power tools.
Location: Ability to travel to various sites across the North East, including Middlesborough, Durham, Newcastle, and Sunderland.

Salary:
£19.50 per hour
