About the role:


  • Work directly under the Creative & Marketing Manager.
  • Ideate for creative and exciting collection launches across all social and marketing platforms, following the strategy of the Creative & Marketing Manager.
  • Ideate for ways to push core and existing products across all social and marketing channels in between launches, always heroing the product whilst always adhering to KOI's brand strategy.
  • Ideate for and create socialforward, productfocused content that resonates with KOI's customer profiles and audiences, working closely with the Social & Marketing Assistant. This content spans across still imagery for Instagram, web and ads, as well as TikTok content.
  • Conceptualise and direct stilllife content relating to the theme of each collection and style, ensuring that we always have an abundance of innovative and striking content to use across all platforms, occasionally shooting content when required.
  • Working with the Creative & Marketing Manager, the Creative Content Coordinator shall plan all photoshoots, campaigns and content days, combining ideas contributed by the wider creative and marketing team.
  • Create all campaign and content day plans, including creating schedules, pulling together shoot plans and treatments and ensuring that all assets and content is achieved whilst on set.
  • Assisting the creative team on dressing sets for large scale campaigns, sourcing and ordering props and prepping for shoot and content days.
  • Liaising with model agencies and booking models, creative teams and locations.

About you:


  • An independent thinker who leads with creativity and is on the pulse of current trends within the creative world and across socials.
  • Creatively AND commercially minded, with a clear understanding of different aesthetics and subcultures.
  • Able to follow direction from the Creative & Marketing Manager, working both independently and collectively to meet deadlines and achieve great results.
  • An eye for photography and knowing what elevates a shot from good to incredible Knowledge of studio lighting, poses, angles and photography is essential.
  • An interest in all things fashion and creative You know how to create a good moodboard and execute concepts to the highest level.
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role and a portfolio demonstrating examples of strong fashion art direction (stilllife and model preferable).
