Igniyte are looking for an Online Reputation Executive to support online content challenge and removals within the business.Negative or defamatory content online can include images, reviews, blog posts and other media.
Whilst not all content can be removed there are legal guidelines for removal of content from both search engines, such as Google, and individual platforms such as Facebook.
We also work with legal experts who advise in the specific provisions of the law with regards to defamation and other aspects of negative content.

You will be responsible for:
- Analysing search engine results and the content appearing for clients online
- Supporting new business and maintaining clients records in both CRM and project management software
- Understanding of content and legal guidelines across search engines e.g., Google other online platforms and profiles e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, YouTube, Instagram
- Drafting copy and liaising with media, Google, and web masters
Salary dependent on experience
- Very organised and proactive works well individually and as part of the wider team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with/or able to quickly learn to use and record data in CRM and project management software
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively and technically
