About this role.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Manage internal communication for, and business partner with, the UK & Ireland business. Work closely with stakeholders to maximise the impact of their programmes through highly effective and creative communication.
- Devise and execute the internal communication strategy for the UK & Ireland business, at all times ensuring alignment with global communication and strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor for the Managing Director, advising them on best practice internal communication.
- Promote the role of internal communication to the business and stakeholders, demonstrating the value that it adds.
- Work with the Brand team to maximise the creative use of internal templates and other assets.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders to MD level
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Strong selfawareness, interpersonal maturity and flexibility
- Commercially astute and experienced in working with agencies and third parties
- A strong delivery focus and ability to get things done, nimble with workarounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- High standard of accuracy with attention to detail
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable using and advising on use of Office365 channels
- SharePoint, Yammer, Teams
- Strong document management and desktop publishing skills (eg Adobe etc)
- Ability to work with template platforms, notable Templafy
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in a relevant area
