About this role.

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Manage internal communication for, and business partner with, the UK & Ireland business. Work closely with stakeholders to maximise the impact of their programmes through highly effective and creative communication.
  • Devise and execute the internal communication strategy for the UK & Ireland business, at all times ensuring alignment with global communication and strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for the Managing Director, advising them on best practice internal communication.
  • Promote the role of internal communication to the business and stakeholders, demonstrating the value that it adds.
  • Work with the Brand team to maximise the creative use of internal templates and other assets.
What skills and experience should you have?

  • Confident working with senior stakeholders to MD level
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills
  • Strong selfawareness, interpersonal maturity and flexibility
  • Commercially astute and experienced in working with agencies and third parties
  • A strong delivery focus and ability to get things done, nimble with workarounds
- 'Can do' operator and proactive 'fixer', with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • High standard of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Comfortable using and advising on use of Office365 channels
  • SharePoint, Yammer, Teams
  • Strong document management and desktop publishing skills (eg Adobe etc)
  • Ability to work with template platforms, notable Templafy

  • Degree qualified in a relevant area
