Warner Recruitment are lucky to be working with this business to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk into their friendly accounts team of 10.The officesare easy to get to via both car and public transport with easy onsite parking.

The role will be hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, this is offered to everyone in the team.

Warner Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international household brand; with a local and growing office here in Brackmills Northampton.

Purchase ledger clerk - Northampton - Permanent Job duties include:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices
  • Assisting with systems implementation of SAP
  • Assisting to clear a backlog of invoices due to the systems implementation
  • Matching invoices to GRN
  • Coding invoices to the purchase ledger
  • Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Allocating credit notes
  • Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager
  • Month end processes
  • Reconciliations

Person:

  • Experienced in Purchase ledger
  • Accurate
  • Reliable
  • AAT studier/ AAT qualified not essential
  • Experienced in data entry
  • Friendly
  • Hardworking
  • Team work happy to help others during busy period
