Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a Fixed-Term Contract basis for an initial 12 month period.

Working as a key member of the finance function, the Senior Management Accountantwill occupy a highly visible role within the organisation and you will perform key duties in order to ensure that monthly reporting and statutory obligations are achieved.

You will be in possession of your full accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CIPFA/CIMA or equivalent) and will have first class communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information with non-financial people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Accurate and ontime provision of periodic financial information.
Leading your team through the financial reporting process, ensuring that maximum efficiencies are achieved.
Preparation of monthly income and expenditure reports.
Production of monthly management accounts for several business areas.
Variance analysis on a monthly basis.
Budgeting and forecasting, including working with individual budget holders.
Reforecasting as required throughout the year.
Cost and spend analysis.
Assisting with the annual appraisal process.
