Our client are a growing firm who have a strong presence over the UK.


Pay:
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum + 20% bonus + benefits


Location:
Reigate (there is parking offered). Hybrid working offered after successful completion of probation period.


Working hours:9.00am - 5.00pm


Responsibilities:


  • Practising Certificate (CLC, CILEX or Solicitor)
  • Experience in New Build Property Transactions (New Build, Resales, Shared Ownership etc.)
  • Be organised and commercially astute
  • Familiar with planning and sectional agreements (S.106, S.38, S.104 etc.)
  • IT literate with experience of using a Case Management System
