ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Days:

Mondays**:
-
Fridays, **5 days per week permanent basis


Hours:08:30 - 17:30


Job Purpose


Dental/ Health Recruit Network is responsible for supplying a wide range of clinical staff across the UK in both the private and public sector.

The primary job purpose is to ensure that workers payroll is processed in a timely manner and clients invoiced on the accounting matching principle.


Duties and Responsibilities

Timesheets

  • Create and process timesheets
  • Add extra payments if needed

Payroll

  • Compare invoices to payment export
  • Create Invoicing for clients
  • HMRC check on a weekly basis
  • Pay rate confirmation been check

Invoicing

  • Import and invoice export from via our payroll systems, ensuring both reconcile.
  • Send invoices through our payroll system with attached timesheet.
  • Updating the invoices with correct PO numbers and send them for payment department
  • PO numbers chasers daily a week
  • Send Permanent invoices on request

Additional

  • Inbox management
  • Credit control
  • Bank Reconciliation on daily basis

Key Performance Indictors / Service standards:
The primary service standard is to ensure all accounts are processed in a timely and accurate manner


This includes:

  • Ensure outstanding timesheets are chased promptly
  • Processing all accounts data with 100% accuracy

Training:


The company can provide training in our London office, three days per week for the first three weeks of employment.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • Account management: 1 year (required)
  • Accounting: 1 year (required)
