Grafton Banks Finance Ltd is pleased to be exclusively supporting a rapidly growing insurance broker based near Gloucester with their recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.
Role requirements as follows:
- Drive performance improvements across the pillar through provision of relevant information and decisionmaking support
- Act as a conduit between business units & the pillar finance team, as the first port of call for standalone teams' finance concerns and ensuring that actions required from the centre are communicated across the pillar & appropriately actioned
- Responsible for the measurement and tracking of financial performance and producing insightful MI to improve performance and influence decision making
- Coordinating reporting from standalone businesses to provide a common view across the pillar
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with the budget and forecasting processes through actively challenging trading assumptions
- Supporting FP&A projects and initiatives as required
Your background will be as follows:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with minimum 3+ years post qualified experience in FP&A/Commercial Finance
- Financial services background preferred
- Comfortable working autonomously within limited oversight
- Exceptional analytical, Excel and communication skills
- Previous experience in a fast paced, grow focused environment
- Experience using large data sets and PowerBI (or similar) is highly desirable.
- Experience of using Acturis and OneStream is ideal but not essential
