Contract Packing Administration Co-ordinator - Leicestershire, United Kingdom - First Call Contract Services Limited
Description
To operate stock control system, ie landing, picking, confirming orders.- To collate and match up paperwork, produce delivery documentation and bespoke carton labels for carrier and freight identification.
- To update client's despatch logs.
- To update stock records via excel spreadsheets and Locate-IT warehouse Management System.
- To develop and maintain effective working practices within the office environment.
- To ensure telephones are answered promptly for all external and internal calls and action requests as necessary or route calls to the appropriate person.
- To carry out any other duties deemed appropriate which may arise with the development of the role and the Company.
- To work in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations and Lemonpath Limited Policies.
- To Book out finished stock according to clients phasing plan.
- Update all External Clients/LP Spreadsheets/Portal of Outbound stock quantities
- Monitor collections and update internal Logs if collections have changed with new details.
- Report any issues to the Warehouse Manager/Production Planner of Peaks of outbound deliveries.
- Generate External Stock reports when required from Clients/LP systems.
