Description
To operate stock control system, ie landing, picking, confirming orders.

  • To collate and match up paperwork, produce delivery documentation and bespoke carton labels for carrier and freight identification.
  • To update client's despatch logs.
  • To update stock records via excel spreadsheets and Locate-IT warehouse Management System.
  • To develop and maintain effective working practices within the office environment.
  • To ensure telephones are answered promptly for all external and internal calls and action requests as necessary or route calls to the appropriate person.
  • To carry out any other duties deemed appropriate which may arise with the development of the role and the Company.
  • To work in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations and Lemonpath Limited Policies.
  • To Book out finished stock according to clients phasing plan.
  • Update all External Clients/LP Spreadsheets/Portal of Outbound stock quantities
  • Monitor collections and update internal Logs if collections have changed with new details.
  • Report any issues to the Warehouse Manager/Production Planner of Peaks of outbound deliveries.
  • Generate External Stock reports when required from Clients/LP systems.
