We at Autopark UK are currently looking for a confident & enthusiastic member to fulfill the role of Customer Service Representative.
This is a fast paced and busy role where you will take responsibility for ensuring a customer's experience after the point of sale is as positive as before.
- Keeping a comprehensive log of all correspondence
- Making Decisions on warranty claims
- Managing distribution of courtesy vehicles
- Communicating with external garages to organise repairs
- Completing all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- A Confident & Strong character
- Outstanding Organisation and Efficiency
- Interest or knowledge about cars
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A Natural ability to problem solve
