We at Autopark UK are currently looking for a confident & enthusiastic member to fulfill the role of Customer Service Representative.


This is a fast paced and busy role where you will take responsibility for ensuring a customer's experience after the point of sale is as positive as before.

Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Keeping a comprehensive log of all correspondence
  • Making Decisions on warranty claims
  • Managing distribution of courtesy vehicles
  • Communicating with external garages to organise repairs
  • Completing all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • A Confident & Strong character
  • Outstanding Organisation and Efficiency
  • Interest or knowledge about cars
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A Natural ability to problem solve
Prior experience in both the motor industry & a customer service role is preferential but not a necessity.
