    Gravity Based Structures T&I Engineer

    We are seeking a skilled Gravity Based Structures T&I Engineer to join our team in England, working with a major offshore wind developer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Report directly to the Technical and Installation (T&I) Work Package Manager (WPM) for project coordination.
    2. Work closely with the T&I GBS Lead Engineer in technical management of the Gravity Based Structures T&I scope.
    3. Serve as a key focal point, possessing knowledge in subsea rock installation (SRI) and dredging scopes, as well as heavy lift projects.
    4. Collaborate effectively within a multi-discipline team in a diverse, multinational environment (Joint Venture).
    5. Ensure safe and efficient technical execution of Gravity Based Structures T&I works, including subsea rock installation and dredging scopes, or heavy lift scopes.
    6. Verify that contractors adhere to quality standards set within projects.
    7. Closely interface with the EPCi work package, defining contractor requirements, planning work sequences, and transfers of custody between parties involved.
    8. Efficiently communicate with other technical work packages (WTG, IAC, etc.) and internal stakeholders regarding Gravity Based Structures scope-specific requirements.
    9. Act as technical focal point during bid phase, clarification, negotiation, and contract execution phases with T&I Contractors.
    10. Collaborate with relevant work stream managers to review setup for installation in conjunction with program, consenting application and discharge, and HSE UK regulations.
    11. Provide valuable input in evaluating and costing development and execution projects (CAPEX), and prepare tender documents, supporting contract negotiations.

    Requirements:

    1. A Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or industrial engineering.
    2. A minimum 10 years' experience working with/in cross-functional teams in offshore projects, demonstrating effective stakeholder management.
    3. In-depth understanding and working knowledge of large-scale energy projects in the offshore energy sector, preferably Offshore Wind.
    4. Familiarity and experience with SRI and/or heavy lift related scopes and required operations would be beneficial.
    5. Practical experience in marine logistics, particularly transport and installation of structures for offshore projects.
    6. Fluency in Business English; German is an asset.
    7. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
    8. Ability and willingness to travel across different locations, with at least 3 days per week spent in the office in London, and occasional offshore trips for support.

    Estimated Salary:

    £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
