Working alongside one other Talent Partner on the team, you will be working across all of our business functions as a member of our tightly knit People team.
You'll focus on building our teams on a global scale, being the heartbeat of our growth, bringing in exceptional minds that will propel us further into the uncharted territories of Crypto and Web3.

***:What you will be working on:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for the UK, Poland, US teams across all seniority levels.
- Sourcing and attracting toptier talent through unconventional channels, both in Tech and NonTech areas.
- Collaborating closely with our visionary leaders, crafting recruitment strategies that uncover hidden talent.
- Owning Employer Branding projects designed to amplify our presence and visibility in the market.
- Continuously refining and streamlining our recruitment engine, processes and procedures to keep pace with our rapid growth and dynamic environment.

- Greenhouse, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Linkedin package, recruitment job boards.
What you will bring:
- Experience in leading endtoend recruitment processes, including architecting effective and unconventional recruitment strategies in across all functions.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and an ability to ensure trust is built quickly and maintained.
- Experience in the startup realm that gives you an edge and an ability to thrive amidst chaos, turning challenges into opportunities.
- A strong personality, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation, unafraid to make mistakes, and able to learn quickly
- You will crave ownership, autonomy and focus on outcomes and achieving goals.
- Proven experience with various recruitment platforms and tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and hiring processes. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and innovative People technologies.
- Proficiency in utilising analytics tools to optimise recruitment strategies and leveraging metrics for informed decisionmaking.
