We are looking for 111 Team Leaders to support our site in Taunton Somerset/


As a 111 Team Leader you will provide support and encouragement to team members, and act as their first point of contact.

You will offer guidance with their day-to-day duties and develop and sustain productive working relationships, as well as, contributing to the continuous quality improvements through own practice and through support of others.


If you are enthusiastic with an interest and willingness to support the management team as well as others, this role could be for you.

Do you have any of the following qualities?

Have knowledge of the NHS111 service

An interest & willingness to support the management team

Enthusiasm for the role

Fantastic communication skills

Ability to work flexibly during the out of hours period including evenings and

weekends
