Key responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload consisting of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, CVLs, and CVAs.
- Able to manage multiple assignments.
- Assist management where required, ensuring team tasks are completed.
- Maintain relevant and accurate communication requirements relating to casework.
- Administer a case portfolio, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and internal procedures are met.
- Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
Requirements:
- Proven insolvency experience is essential.
- Analytical skills.
- Able to cope under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Attention to detail
