Do you want to take your Swim Teacher career to the next level?

We are looking for fixed-term maternity cover for our swim co-ordinator at Kingswood Leisure Centre.

Supporting the Swim Manager, you will assist in the planning, development and growth of the Swim School

As someone who is passionate about swimming, you will ensure the agreed staffing levels are implemented, providing safe and fun swim sessions to children and adults as outlined in the Swim Programme.

You will.

Administer the swim programmes, dealing with course enrolments, payments and customer enquiries.
Ensure all aspects of the course programmes adhere to and comply with health and safety regulations.
Be a great communicator, liaising with Centre Management, Swim Instructors and Customers.
Have a professional and confident manner whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Have a minimum Level 1/STA Level 2 Award in Swim Teaching qualification.

Hours: 15 hours per week

Pay:
£21,646.63 per annum (pro rota for part time) (£11.22 p/h)

Interview: 26/06/2023

Required from 1st August Late-August 2024 for Fixed Term Maternity Cover. This also includes a handover period.
