The Role & Team

  • You will provide dedicated business support to the Safeguarding Children Partnership with duties executed under the guidance and supervision of the Safeguarding Partnership Business Manager.
  • You will contributde to the delivery and administration of short term work plans for delivering specific operational activities relating to Safeguarding Partnership Business, including the support for Practice Reviews.
  • The post will involve Arranging and administering meetings, preparing draft agendas, presenting data and information, acting notes, making recommendations in terms of business support processes, for the activities of the Partnership Sub Groups.
  • The role will initially be based at 3 Town Hall square, Grimsby, however you may be expected to work in an agile way from other buildings within North East Lincolnshire Council._

About You

  • You will be working on a multi agency basis with a number of partner agencies. You will have experience of working in a similar environment and be able to manage a heavy workload, whilst being able to prioritise. You will also need to demonstrate effective use of ICT e.g. MS office, Outlook, Word Excel)
