Zenzero have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our growing Sales team based in Coventry.

As an Account Manager, you will work with the wider Account Management team to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

Youwill oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

The types of things you'll be doing:

Actively pursuing relationships with Zenzero's existing customer base
Planning and executing direct marketing and sales activities to achieve and develop sales
Providing timely and accurate responses to customers' required proposal and bid requests
Proposing and presenting new solutions
Promoting Zenzero and the products and services we offer
Follow up on all sales leads and requests in a timely and effective manner
Meeting and beating sales targets
Preparing an annual sales and account management plan and consistently refining the plan throughout the year
Maintaining CRM activities, opportunities and forecasting
Attending handover and kickoff meetings, and participating in sales and account management meetings
Visiting customer sites, external events and networking events
Travelling as needed to meet with existing and prospective customers.

What you'll need to be successful:

Administration and management experience: knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and the coordination of people and resources
Customer and personal service experience: knowledge of principles and processes for providing quality customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Sales and marketing experience: knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales systems

Experience in a complex sales and account management capacity. and in the IT and Managed Services sector is advantageous.
