Recruitment Co-ordinator / Advisor
Full-time permanent role - up to £25k DOE


Location:

Hybrid - Home based with meetings held 1-2 times per month in our Support Centre based in Northampton and the ad-hoc requirement to travel to practices in the UK.**Rodericks Dental and Dental Partners are on a journey to become the leading dental services provider in the UK.

As the two groups have recently joined we are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator / Advisor to join our growing team.


The Role

  • Supporting the recruitment strategy of support staff roles across a multisite organisation
  • Building relationships within an advisory capacity with people around the business
  • Gatekeeper of employer brand, ATS adoption and robust selection across the business
  • Data management of support staff vacancies through the business

Skills & Experience

  • Recruitment experience ideally gained in volume roles where employer brand and selection are highly valued
  • Ability to provide recruitment advise on best practice to a variety of stakeholders
  • Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • High level of enthusiastic professionalism
  • Solutions oriented
  • Willingness to embrace and embody the new culture and values the organisation is developing
  • Committed team player with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise workload with high levels of drive and resilience.
