Senior Quality Administrator
Full time, 35 hours per week
Hybrid set up, with a minimum of 5 days per month based in the office
Hourly pay £13.90 per hour plus £1.68 per hour holiday pay (equivalent to £25,300 per annum)

Charity People are working with an independent professional association which sets standards of training and administers examinations.
An opportunity has come up within the Quality Team for a Senior Quality Administrator.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Quality Manager in the work of the Quality Team, including supporting the work of the Quality Care Cluster, Service DeliveryCluster and other relevant committees.
Here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Proof reading documents
- Formatting documents for publication, following the branding and style guide
- Support the Quality Manager in the preparation of correspondence, reports, documents, and consultation responses
- Prepare materials as required on work related to clinical quality and service design, as well as consultations
- Liaise with the Website Officer to maintain and develop the content of the website in relation quality, ensuring information is clearly displayed, accurate and up to date
- Focus on inbox maintenance and answering queries to a high customer service standard
- Maintaining the database of Quality Improvement Programme contacts
- Annual registration of Quality Improvement Programme participants, including processing forms, requesting, and filing invoices
- Ensuring information about the Quality Improvement Programme is communicated to participants in a clear and timely manner
- Answering queries about the Quality Improvement Programme in a clear and timely manner
- Maintaining the Quality Improvement Programme website
- Supporting the preparation of Quality Improvement Programme reports
- Maintain detailed documentation of the administrative processes relevant to the post.
Experience needed:
You will have experience of maintaining effective office systems and working in an administrative or secretarial function including preparing standard letters, documents, data input and filing as well as using databases and online systems.
