Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.


Requirements:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
  • Listen actively to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
  • Enter customer information and call details into the database accurately
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,044.36 per year
