Description
At Lakeside we supply and install Flood Defence Systems, Roller Garage Doors and Security Shutters throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking for a full-time Administration Assistant / Receptionist to work at our factory in Fforestfach, Swansea.
Role Responsibility
- Answer phone calls and deal with initial customer enquiries
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Support the accounts department by providing routine administrative and accounting tasks
- General admin support to all departments
Ideal Experience
- Previous administration experience in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, ability to listen carefully, understand customer enquiries quickly and record accurately
- Fully competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- A calm and professional manner and an adaptable approach to work
- Methodical and well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- A great team player ready to support everyone in the business when needed
- Willingness to learn and multitask is essential
