Description
At Lakeside we supply and install Flood Defence Systems, Roller Garage Doors and Security Shutters throughout the UK.


Due to continued expansion we are currently looking for a full-time Administration Assistant / Receptionist to work at our factory in Fforestfach, Swansea.


Role Responsibility

  • Answer phone calls and deal with initial customer enquiries
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Support the accounts department by providing routine administrative and accounting tasks
  • General admin support to all departments

Ideal Experience

  • Previous administration experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen carefully, understand customer enquiries quickly and record accurately
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounting software
  • A calm and professional manner and an adaptable approach to work
  • Methodical and well organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
  • A great team player ready to support everyone in the business when needed
  • Willingness to learn and multitask is essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Experience:


  • Administration: 2 years (preferred)
  • Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
