What you'll do?

Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards.
Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
Answer questions about general property information and amenities.
Resolve scheduling situations as needed by working with supervisor/manager.
Check computer for updates and changes to schedule regularly throughout the day.

What we're looking for?

Previous experience working in Leisure Clubs/ Gym/Spa.
A professional demeanor
An ability to provide exceptional hospitality to all patrons.
Ability to perform in a team.
