Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Global Document Production Workflow Coordinator to join our dynamic Document Services team in Manchester (remote).
There are two options available for the working hours of this position:Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pm or Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.

About the role
As a Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating department workflow, and in such capacity perform intake of document production work; clarifying instructions; negotiating deadlines; communicating status of jobs; maintaining the ServiceNow job ticketing log; distributing work to Analysts, Specialists, Proofreaders, and temporary staff; and assuring that deadlines are met
Other key responsibilities include:
- Estimating job duration and difficulty and negotiate deadlines for projects to assure that agreedupon deadlines are achievable.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments and responding to inquiries from customers.
- Communicating with Department staff to ensure that they are on track to meet their deadlines.
About you

- Exhibit the ability to understand intricacies of documents and work requests, and leverage that ability into accurate estimation of job duration.
- Display the ability to analyse/troubleshoot issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Are able to evaluate a variety of factors to accurately ensure that demand for departmental services does not exceed capacity to deliver.
- Have excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Are a team player.

- Experience working as a Document Support or Word Processing Coordinator or Lead Operator at a professional services organization.
- Experience working as a document production specialist at a professional services organization.
