Site Manager - Construction


Our client, a large top tier main contractor are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on new build construction projects including Schools, Hospitals & Leisure schemes.

They are a top tier organisational with a top notch human as a boss who I'veknown for a number of years.


Remuneration:

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits


Location:

Stroud / Working from home


The role:

The successful Site Manager will be running a £25 million new build construction scheme. You will be supported by a Senior Site Manager, Project Manager & Site Engineer.


Requirements:


  • Site Engineering experience
  • Site Management experience
  • Construction background
  • Good humanship
  • JCT forms of contract knowledge is advantageous
  • First aid
  • SMSTS
