Our client is seeking a highly skilled Employment Associate to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover a period of maternity leave.

The role will focus on all aspects of employment law, with an emphasis on providing legal advice to employers.

Our client is looking for a proactive associate who can quickly build confidence with clients, both internal and external, to deliver commercially astute and legally accurate advice.

As an Employment Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Advising on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on the employer side of the practiceWorking on a mixed caseload for both employers and senior executives on contentious, non-contentious and transactional work

Working across a range of sectors, including private, public and third sector clients

Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision

Delivering high-quality and timely legal services
