Description

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, your role is to drive the strategic planning, creation and launch of product & brand campaigns, as well as a wide variety of marketing initiatives, on time and within budget across retail and online.

Central to this will be the management of third-party brand partnerships, treating these brands as our own, to secure and maximise every partner opportunity to raise our profile and drive sales.

You will use your brand management skills to advance the size? brand by managing and delivering best in class marketing initiatives, positioning size? as the partner of choice for the market leading streetwear brands.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Strategically plan & implement campaigns that set the team up to deliver impactful campaigns to the intended target market and efficiently report on success as well as develop recommendations for future success.
  • You will own the strategic planning and management of key brand campaigns for the business and ensure that both retail and online have strong representation to help drive awareness to the size? Consumer and inspire purchase.
  • Safeguard consistency in brand messaging across all business touch points to drive brand and take accountability for creative sign off.
  • Develop and implement the appropriate processes and ways of working to set clear KPI's and objectives to deliver campaigns on time, measure success and enhance the marketing performance. With a focus on ROI measurement and learnings to be integrated into future planning.
  • Understand size? commercial goals to deliver the right initiatives, allocate and track budgets and campaign results, acting in the in line with the size? Business aims and objectives.
  • Work with the Head of Brand & Marketing and finance on the budget creation, forecasting & management utilizing the Coupa system and making sure all costs are tracked and accounted for.
  • Oversee the management and communication of thirdparty brand (3PB) activity (adidas, Nike etc), pitching for campaign budget and ensuring financial contribution targets are met with smooth delivery of campaigns plans.
  • Onboard and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers and agencies.
  • Look after the brand calendar and ensure the relevant departments are updated on key developments.
  • Be the key link with retail to ensure that activations are carried out to help drive store footfall, based on targets set by the business.
  • Positive personality and able to gain clear agreement and commitment across various stakeholders by persuading, convincing and negotiating efficiently.
  • Management of upcoming brand related projects, working with the teams across the business in retail, digital, social, merchandising, and creative whilst striving to meet campaign objectives and able to take appropriate action when learnings can be implemented.
  • Oversee influencer marketing activity when appropriate.
  • Working collaboratively with key business stakeholders to drive the brand forward as a team.
  • Lead and develop the team working across 3PB accounts, retail, and marketing campaigns, setting individual KPIs and continually monitoring performance via regular PDP reviews.
  • Champion individual development and foster a team atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:


  • Relevant experience in a senior marketing role leading and developing consumer brands on a global/regional/international level.
  • Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Budget ownership and cost analysis experience.
  • Hands on experience managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns which cross over departments and largescale teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Awareness of influencer marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial, commercial, and analytical aptitude.
  • The ability to work in a fastmoving environment as part of a collaborative team.
  • Confident when presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills including strong excel & google slides skills.
  • Strong management experience to develop a formidable team environment and output.
  • Retail experience across window & POS implementation
  • Hold a valid driving license and passport and be prepared to travel throughout the UK and internationally.
