Role Overview
- Updating social media content (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), work alongside the digital team to optimise campaigns
- Managing content on the website
- Take ownership of the content management system (Zoho), ensuring that data is kept up to date
- Support the planning and execution of webinars and events, this includes booking venues, managing guest lists and followup activity
- Assist with industry award entries, collating information and liaising with designers
- General team admin support
About you
- A clear interest in and understanding of marketing, preferably within a professional services or corporate business setting
- Strong personal time management and organisation skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Accuracy and close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience using Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Experience using Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
