The London Borough of Ealing Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) is transitioning from monthly to daily MARACs.


We have an exciting opportunity for a MARAC Co-ordinator to join Ealing Council's daily MARAC and be part of this exciting transition and take forward the development of Ealing's response to high risk victims of domestic abuse.


The post holder will be part of Ealing's Children's Services front door working closely with the existing domestic abuse specialists in the team but also link and work closely with the Adult Social Care Safe Guarding team as well as other internal and external partners.


You will act as the single point for contact for the MARAC and ensure its smooth and effective running to ensure that the highest risk cases of domestic abuse are identified and the risk to the victim/survivor is managed and reduced.


You will be required to have good knowledge and experience of the domestic abuse sector, the legislation and research and guidance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with the multi
- agency partnership, which is made up of both statutory and non
- statutory agencies.

You will be highly organised and have good IT skills, which will include data collation and analysis. You will have a passion to make a difference in the lives of victim/survivors.
