Job Summary:


Salary £24,000 TO £28,000

Essential Duties:


  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Evaluate available resources to meet recruitment needs.
  • Conduct interviews using established screening techniques and appropriate hiring standards.
  • Conduct background checks on all new hires.
  • Prepare job orders for hiring.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to maximize the efficiency of the organization.
  • Conduct reference checks on new hires.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all hiring needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals, as assigned by management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist preferred Strong communication skills required


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
