Taylor Made Employment is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our growth
Job Summary:
Salary £24,000 TO £28,000
Essential Duties:
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Evaluate available resources to meet recruitment needs.
- Conduct interviews using established screening techniques and appropriate hiring standards.
- Conduct background checks on all new hires.
- Prepare job orders for hiring.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to maximize the efficiency of the organization.
- Conduct reference checks on new hires.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all hiring needs are met in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals, as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
